How big are they?
3.5 inches wide. That is sized to fit the flat front panel of a standard hard hat without wrapping onto the curve, where any decal will eventually lift.
Will they stick to my lid?
Yes, on a clean shell. Wipe the spot with isopropyl alcohol, let it dry, then press from the centre outward. Skip the alcohol and you are sticking vinyl to dust.
Am I even allowed to put stickers on a hard hat?
Check your employer first — this one genuinely varies. Plenty of sites are fine with decals. Some prohibit them outright, and some helmet manufacturers have their own guidance.
The consistent advice everywhere is this: keep decals off any area you need to be able to inspect, never cover a crack or a gouge instead of replacing the hat, and never modify the shell or the suspension. A hard hat is safety equipment first and a joke second.
How long do they last outside?
These are eco-solvent printed on outdoor vinyl and made for outdoor use. We would rather tell you what we know than quote a year count we have not tested ourselves — if one fails early, tell us and we will make it right.
Can I pick which designs are in a pack?
No. Pack contents are fixed and listed on every pack page, so you always know exactly what is coming. The Trade Packs are picked by trade rather than by assortment — the Fab Shop pack is the one your shop gets, the Operator pack is the one the guy in the next machine gets.
How fast do they ship?
Everything is printed to order, so allow a couple of days on our end before it goes in the mail.
Do they work on anything else?
A cooler, a toolbox, a hard case, a tailgate. Same vinyl, same adhesive.
