TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms cover your use of tradesandstickers.com and anything you buy from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. WHO WE ARE
Trades & Stickers is a small family print shop in Northern California. We design, print and cut our decals ourselves.

2. USING THE SITE
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
Please give us accurate name, address and contact details so your order gets to you.
Don't use the site for anything illegal, and don't try to break, overload or hack it.

3. OUR PRODUCTS
Our decals are printed to order on outdoor vinyl and cut in our shop.
Sizes on product pages are approximate (most singles are about 2.5 inches on the long side).
Colors on your screen can look a little different from the printed decal.
Because each order is made by hand, small differences between decals are normal.

4. HARD HATS AND SAFETY GEAR
Our decals are for decoration and fun. They are not safety equipment.
Before putting any sticker on a hard hat or other safety gear:
 - check your employer's and job site's rules, and
 - check your hard hat maker's guidance on stickers and labels.
Never cover safety labels, certification marks or reflective markings.
You are responsible for where you put our decals.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. You pay the price shown when you place your order.
If we make a pricing or listing mistake, we may cancel the order and give you a full refund.
We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if we suspect fraud or abuse of an offer. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

6. DISCOUNTS, FREE OFFERS AND CODES
Discount codes and free offers follow the rules stated with the offer (for example: one per customer, which products it covers, and when it ends).
Codes have no cash value, can't be swapped for cash, and can end or change at any time.
We may cancel orders that break an offer's rules, such as making several accounts to claim a one-per-customer offer.

7. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
We ship to the United States only for now.

8. OUR DESIGNS
All designs, artwork, text and photos on this site belong to Trades & Stickers or are used with permission.
Buying a decal lets you use it. It doesn't let you copy, reprint or resell the design.

9. PHOTOS AND REVIEWS YOU SEND US
If you send us a photo or review and say it's OK to share, we may post it on our site or social media with your first name.
You can ask us to take it down any time by emailing us.
Please only send photos you took or have the right to share.

10. NO WARRANTIES
We work hard to make good decals, but the site and products are provided "as is."
To the extent the law allows, we don't make promises beyond what's written in our policies.

11. LIMIT OF LIABILITY
To the extent the law allows, Trades & Stickers is not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the site or our products.
Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim is about.

12. PRIVACY
How we handle your information is covered in our Privacy Policy.

13. CALIFORNIA LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.

14. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
